All products seen on our website we keep in stock. Occasionally however, demand will mean that we need to order more stock from our supplier in Germany. If your order is affected we will contact you to let you know that there will be a slight delay in receiving your goods.
Delivery to Mainland Europe is £7.95 per order.
Delivery to anywhere outside Europe is £9.95 per order.

When purchasing your item or items, simply select the FREE gift wrapping option in the shopping basket, and specify your Gift Message, if any.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Do not worry if an item of jewellery purchased from us does not fit or is unsuitable. You can return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please return jewellery to us in its original condition. Any items scratched or damaged do not qualify for either a refund or exchange.
Try things on carefully and do not have items engraved until you are sure that they fit and are acceptable, if purchased as a surprise gift.
In the case of an exchange of size we will send the jewellery out to you postage free. For an exchange of product we will charge post and packaging since we have to generate a new order. If the original item is more expensive than the replacement we will refund the difference. If the replacement item is more expensive than the original we reserve the right to contact you for the difference before despatching the replacement.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are obviously faulty.
